Our alumina ball with the trade name of Aluball is made of α alumina (α aluminium oxide, the most thermodynamically stable form) with very low impurity levels which is pressed by cool isostatic pressing and fired at a very high temperature in the tunnel kiln and is essentially inert in most chemical environments.. Our alumina ball product series include: alumina chemical packing ball, alumina wear resistant ball and Medium Content alumina wear resistant ball.
– Alumina Chemical Packing ball:
Our alumina chemical packing balls are widely used as bottom filler materials in petrochemical plant. With functions as covering and supporting media for catalyst in reactors and packing for towers. The main roll of inert alumina ball is increasing the distribution of liquid and gas, holding and protecting the activated catalyst with low strength. We can produce varieties of packing balls with the diameter from 1mm – 100 mm in diameter and alumina oxide content from 30% to 99.5%.
– Alumina Wear Resistant ball:
The most distinctive features of the microcrystalline alumina wear resistant balls produced by ALUMOND is that they are unbreakable, high density, low wear loss. It can be used both for dry and wet grinding. Mainly used for ball mills, agitators, vibro-mills and sand-mills etc. they are widely used in industries of architectural ceramics, sanitary wares, enamels, refractories, paints coatings, etc.
Our company can provide two different kinds of alumina wear resistant balls formed by isostatic pressing or automatic rolling procedure according to the requirement of the customers.

– Medium Content Alumina Wear Resistant balls:
The medium content alumina wear resistant balls are mainly used for grinding the ceramic green bodies in the ceramic industry, and they have the same shapes and sizes with the wear resistant high alumina balls.
